Solidarity Vigil & Community Meal

Eid al-Fitr is coming tomorrow, a day when Muslims will come together to break their fast after the holy month of Ramadan. Christians are moving through Lent. And Passover is coming soon. All these holy moments remind me that God is love and we all belong together in God’s world. That is why you are invited to a Solidarity Vigil and Community Meal hosted by Abubakar Asiddiq Islamic Center and co-sponsored by Faith in Public Life and Ohio Interfaith Collective.

We’ll gather for prayer and proclamation, for building community, and for sharing a delicious East African meal generously provided by the Somali American community that we are called to love as our neighbors.
